Those "Acres of Diamond" you drive by each day!
Marketing to local businesses online reminds me of a wonderful little book by Russell Conwell called, "Acres of Diamonds" that was written many years ago.
It is the story about a farmer in Africa who became so excited about looking for diamonds that he sold his farm and went all over Africa in search of diamonds.
Finally, he became so discouraged and disappointed, he threw himself in the river and drowned.
Sometime later, someone bought his farm and, you guessed it, discovered the largest diamond mine in the world on that farm.
It is so easy to get excited about the very few "BIG" opportunities on the internet, that we overlook the hundreds of small businesses, those "acres of diamonds" we drive by each day. They are just waiting for help with their online presence.
